Garbage Service

The City of McCamey contracts with a third party for garbage pickup in the City. Questions about services should be directed to City Hall.

Pick Up Time
Residential pick-up once week. Duncan schedules routes, which currently run Tuesday – Friday.

Recycling

A Used Oil Recycle Tank is located at City Hall and is available for use during regular office hours.

Landfills available for bulk trash

The City of McCamey operates an AE Type IV landfill. This landfill cannot accept any household waste.

Hours of Operation:
Entrance will have gate attendant on duty.
Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to Noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
(Will not be open if raining or rain has caused muddy/slick road conditions.)
